Staying fit

This question is a duplicate of:
is it possible to stay healthy/fit in banking? 67 comments

Hi everyone!

I was wondering, for the people here that are fit, how do you manage to stay fit with the crazy hours? I've recently been promoted to Associate and I find I have more flexibility in how I use my time, but with the added responsibilities I find it hard to prepare healthy meals and/or go to the gym. Do you guys have a secret?

Thanks!

I make myself get to the gym in the morning, so I get a workout in before I get wiped out from work. Pre-workout helps with getting out of bed.

Thanks, let me know if you ever need an introduction in the industry.

Isn't the gym packed at that time? I find it very hard to do supersets in the morning when all the ancients are excruciatingly slowly doing their quasi reps

Hahaha. When I was using a public gym I'd get there sometime between 3:30 - 4:30 AM. I've got one at my complex, and the geriatric population doesn't come out in numbers when I'm in around 6:30 AM.

Thanks, let me know if you ever need an introduction in the industry.
