Haven't seen much on Stephens Inc in terms of sa 2024 recruitment/timeline and just general comp, deal flow, exit ops etc. Any info would be appreciated!

very basic ones (3 statements, valuation) + behaviorals

i think it's dependent on the office so some might reach out at different times
Does anyone know if you are guaranteed all screenings and then they cut people for SD or do they cut list by each screening?
I believe it’s 3 rounds before SD. The deeper the process the more opportunities they have to cull the candidate pool.

Stephens ATL is notorious for being an absolute sweatshop with awful culture.
Have literally never heard one former Stephens analyst speak highly about the culture but maybe things are done differently in Little Rock and Dallas. I mean sure you’ll have a great opportunity to work 2x the hours as your BB / EB friends on LMM transportation deals. Not even a disgruntled Stephens analyst lol word just spreads fast

They emailed me about 30 minutes after my first round to schedule my second round. Have second round later this week, so pretty fast.
