Stock Market Books

Hi guys,

I‘m currently on the lookout for Stock Market Books that explain how the Stock Market really works. I‘m not a total beginner but not someone who is very advanced either, hence I‘ve been having some trouble finding the right book. The Book should ideally explain how Stock Market prices are set in detail, the different forms of IPOs, ADRs, how dividends are actually paid out, and much more. Do y’all know any books to recommend? The ones I found would be Stock Market 101 or the Financial Times Guide to how the stock market really works, but after looking at the table of contents I’m not really hooked.

Thank you guys
