Summer Financial Analyst for BB: Chances of Internal Mobility or FT IB Opportunities?

I will be a summer financial analyst for a BB next summer. Most likely I will be doing FP&A work, but I have the option of being in the Controllers, Treasury, Tax, or Resolution & Recovery Planning divisions. What division would be most helpful to intern in for FT IB recruiting?

Is there a high chance that I can move into IB through internal mobility? If I keep up with my connections at other firms and network over the summer a lot, do I have a good chance at FT IB jobs?

Finally, is this job a back office, middle office, or front office job?

Thanks!
