Having applied to 30+ spring weeks and received 0 offers and only 1 interview, feeling a bit deflated and pessimistic about when 2025 SI applications open. How difficult is it to land one with no prior experience at a reputable financial institution and if anyone has been in a similar situation, I’d appreciate any help to stand out in the next SI cycle.
