Hey - posted about this late last week. I had a super last Thursday and haven't heard back. I get it was close to the weekend and it was also a long weekend, but I'm starting to stress out as it's midday on the Tuesday after the fact. Should they have called me by now? Have I been dinged? Should I follow up?

Would wait until Thursday (1 week) and then send a quick follow up email. Just reiterate that you enjoyed meeting the team and are very interested in the role and ask about any updates on timing of the process

Most likely yes in reality but that’s not a given. You never really know for sure. I went through lateraling interviewing (twice) in the past year and the wait game is the worst but it’s out of your hands at this point. A polite follow up a week later is all you can do. I would say every single time I got an offer it was communicated verbally pretty quickly, but there are times when the process is moving slow and they’re just behind. Good luck
