After a lot of cold emails for fall internships, I was invited for an interview at a MM bank with the MD. At the end, he said he would try to get me a superday interview if all the spots were not already taken.
Now someone else in the firm set up the interview and said I should direct all my questions to her. She said then I should mail (physically) my resume and cover to HQ.
But I'm under the impression superdays are for SA spots or FT spots. I was just looking for a fall internship.
What exactly is going on?
Call HR. It's possible they want to bring you in during a superday for convenience, but better check before wasting your/their time.
I see. I think I made the mistake of thinking the lady I was speaking with WAS HR. She doesn't seem to be.
