Been a heavy week and emotions are running high. We have lost one of our own in a situation that a lot of us have been in, working shitty teams and horrendous hours. The broader conversation about much needed change is already happening in multiple posts so I won't rehash that.
For any BofA juniors reading, whether to send a message or just for your own sanity, take time if you have to. Any firm that doesn't support that post a tragedy like that is not worth working for. The rest of you, please take care of yourselves.
