Taking away hybrid work model

At an EB...we've enjoyed WFH on Fridays and month of August remote, but the firm has stated that starting in January all that is getting taken away. Pretty bummed, this honestly made the job so much more bearable.

Have heard this is a trend across industries, anyone else feeling this? Would figure since everyone likes the hybrid model, a firm that gives employees flexibility could snatch up talent from those that don't? The senior bankers probably don't give a fuck because they're constantly out of the office meeting clients, but I can see junior talent being impacted. Thoughts?
