Taxes, they’ll be lower

Anyone have any good resources for M&A tax modeling? I’ve done some googling and found a lot of guides but hard to tell which ones are legit. I know about as much as Charlie Kelly about taxes and find myself just waving away questions when they come up at work. Anything breaking down concepts like NOLs, interest deductibility, step-ups (and the valuation thereof), carry forwards, capital gains, and any other common topics that come up in IB/PE would be much appreciated. Thank you!
