Can't really compare to previous years given my circumstances but:
Associate 0 (promoted in July), New York office, product group, no bucket given the recent promotion
$175k salary + $40k stub bonus (this was for 4 months, so $120k on an annualized basis)
No change to salary at Associate 1
Do you have any insight into other groups? Some teams havent received any info yet.
Just finished my first full year assoc 1 at TD. $175k base + $200k bonus. New year base will be $200k. Very very pleased
What industry do you cover? How are your hours?

No idea on hard #s but have heard that TD pays well above street to retain more talent that would otherwise look to move upmarket.

Would be curious to hear how bucketing and numbers looked this year across people who started at Cowen vs predeal TD.

How’s comp in TD’s investment banking credit team (essentially the underwriting team that does the modeling and underwriting for transactions)? Heard bonuses are as good as in other groups within IB.
