Based on the most helpful WSO content, TD Securities in NYC has been recognized for its strong performance in M&A and its solid coverage groups, particularly CM&T (Communications, Media & Technology) and DIG (Diversified Industries Group). While LevFin (Leveraged Finance) isn't explicitly detailed in the context, TD's culture and competitive positioning are often highlighted as strong points. Additionally, TD is noted as a key domestic rival to RBC in terms of culture and pay, which speaks to its reputation in the industry.

If you're considering TD Securities, the CM&T group seems to be a standout, and the firm's overall culture is frequently praised.

I'll add because I interned here. Tech, Lev Fin and CM&T are pretty great. Tech while we didn't do the biggest deals like max 300M is the largest the tech team will do, you could have some brand name buyers on the deals. The CM&T team is great, as said above they closed deals in the range of 500M -3B usually a good amount per year. Lev Fin is decent, they close deals and a lot but not always the biggest. Hope this is helpful.

I didn’t see them close that many deals during my summer usually only got HC, Tech, CM&T, and Lev Fin deal notifications.
