Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse have some of the top tech groups out there. Can't specifically comment on Citi, however I'm sure they are solid.
I was under the assumption that GS/MS housed most of their tech banking operations in norcal (menlo/sf) area. The poster is looking for nyc.
