temp to full-time at PE or deal sourcing in M&A?
Well back at it again. While I still continued to beat a dead bush for IB I encountered two "less ideal" opportunities but then again its better than nothing..

There's one with a PE fund thats doing an unpaid internship for 3 months that eventually turns into being a full-time analyst. It has a good amount of quantitative work like valuation, research and modeling in which I have been lacking in experience for quite sometime. Might be beneficial for me.

On the other hand, theres this LMM boutique thats paying $30-40K plus commission (apparently) for deal sourcing in tech M&A verticals. Im really lacking (instert dollar sign here) at the moment and could use some to pay off loans. Will be worth sacrificing? However, its kind of in the realm of IB w/ two tech & internet bankers doing pitching but dont want it to feel like my other internships all over again.
Which one would seem like less of a double edged sword where I can at least come out with something that at least feels like a job. What do you guys think?
Thanks everyone!
Anyone have any insights?
Do you have offers from either of these places?
Yes, I pretty much interviewed for anything I could get my hands on.
