The DAK Group - Any experience with the group?

Anyone have any experience w/ the DAK group? They're a regional IB located in NJ.

Anyone work for or interview with them? What were your experiences like?

I had met with someone from the DAK group a number of years back who has since left the firm. Don't know too much, except the fact that's it's a pretty small shop (in terms of deal size and flow), and they don't typically hire interns. On a full-time perspective, they're probably more opportunistic, but definitely don't have a structured recruiting / hiring process. That's about all I know.

I will bump this rather than starting a new thread: Does anyone have any information on DAK group? Friend has an interview with them and is curious whether anyone has any knowledge of the company.

There have been many great comebacks throughout history. Jesus was dead but then came back as an all-powerful God-Zombie.

DAK as in "Deutsches Afrika Korps"??

To elaborate, they were led by this guy named Rommel - a real tactful acquirer. He hit some rough patches when he undervalued a target in Egypt and then he had a whole Pacman strategy employed against him and he wound up losing his employees, equipment and his job. Not sure how they are doing nowadays... thought they were gone, lost somewhere in the sands of time.

this is a pretty douche response, but very well thought out, nice incorporation of historical elements. A+?
