The last stage of the interview process

I am in the last stage (hopefully) with 3 BB investment banks. Gone through behavioral, technical, MD interviews. One interview with the HR remaining. What should I expect? I am guessing comp discussion before the offer comes through. Appreciate any advice. Not sure what to expect from the HR folks. Thank You.

JackDole1029SA interviews are over, FT starts in the fall, and one usually interviews on campus with HR first. WTF?

There is also what is called "lateral recruitment". You don't always get on board as "SA", "New analyst" or "new associate" - you may get in as a lateral during any time of the year and at any level - be it 3rd year analyst, 2nd year associate or Senior VP (if you're lucky, that is)
