Thoughts on Jeffries for Infrastructure M&A?
Hi All,
I’m interested in knowing how strong Jeffries is in infrastructure M&A across different regions. Does this group place well into PE if one spends 1-3 years?
Would this be a better option compared to a Citi or BAML?
Any thoughts you could provide would be greatly appreciated!
Shameless bump
Not an infra shop - look at BBs if that's what you're interested in
Thanks Terry! I thought Energy (part of Infra) was considered a strong group along with HC for Jefferies. Is this not the case?
While I would love a BB, I only have a potential opportunity lined up with Jefferies and I’m trying to get an idea of whether I should accept it or hold out and wait for other opportunities
The Energy group at Jefferies is one of their strongest and largest group. Unfortunately for you, they don’t do a lot of infra deals (although I have seen them on a couple here and there) and instead their bread and butter is Upstream M&A&D.
