They hired a good team of bankers right off the bat, some from big five and some from non trad backgrounds. Why is he so controversial and do you believe Arcstone can be a good boutique in Toronto?

I haven’t worked with him personally but spoke with people who have worked on deals opposite him - apparently he tries to be this old school guy who thinks he can just talk his way to getting a deal done without analysis and constructive negotiation
He’s worked at a few shops like BMO and TD - even made MD at Cantor. Strange
