I have some insight: They suck.
What’s wrong with them
I think general consensus is that they are less of a sweatshop than others in town (RBC/CIBC/BMO), but this is generally the result of less deal flow.
They also pay the worst out of Calgary banks
I know people on the team, great culture but yes low deal flow
I’ve heard great culture, people respect juniors time/weekends. Consequence is less deal flow and lower comp (base and bonus)
Base is the best on the street in Calgary (100k). Bonus not so much.
