Tips for FT2025

Hey everyone. I’m a college junior (semi-target) interning in S & T at a smaller foreign bank in NYC 24 summer. My main goal is obviously to secure a return FT offer for 2025, but hiring markets can be unpredictable. Any tips? I’ve been told not to do too much FT 2025 recruiting but instead focus on nailing my internship, but I don’t wanna be scrambling if for some reason I can’t get the return. Any insights would be great!
