Tips for lateral move
I am an MBA associate who’s been in banking for a bit over a year. I haven’t been able to close any deal. 99% of my time is just spent on working on pitches that will never turn live. Asked other MBA associates and they all said none of them have closed M&A deals after working here for 2,3 years. Feel the platform is just weak overall so I want to move to a stronger platform. But pretty concerned that lack of rep will just make it very hard for me to move laterally and I am forever stuck here. Any suggestions?
