I am a econ sophomore at UM and I've applied to a lot but not much networking. Is it too late for me?

Focus on Late Recruiting Opportunities: Some banks and roles may still have openings. Keep an eye on smaller firms, boutiques, or regional offices that may recruit later in the cycle.
Prepare for Interviews: Start practicing technicals and behavioral questions. Use guides and resources to ensure you're polished and ready when opportunities arise.
