top choice interview gone wrong.

Interviewed with a top choice firm of mine, and I couldn't hear a single thing in the microphone when he/she was talking. I had to ask so many follow ups to get the numbers right. I got the questions right but I think probably will be dinged since I had to ask so many follow ups :(. Would this be an automatic ding?

Yup. Also asked to repeat the questions. The accent was also pulling me off... oh well. On to the next one.
