A recent post summarized the situation pretty well - decent enough deal flow, but micromanaging CEO, who thinks that he needs to be in the weeds of everything, makes it less than enjoyable experience overall. Junior team is interviewing far and wide but the CEO has learnt from past mistakes and locked them in with bonus deferrals, promises of promotion and other things that are immaterial in the long run but ultimately make leaving harder and some of the juniors are easily duped by this...
