Bump - is the TD posting for new grads or lateral hires? Says looking for graduation date in May 24 or December 23. I doubt they are FT recruiting so late?
Those weren’t actual postings from what I understand-they all got taken down after 1-2 days. They likely already have their preferred candidates.
Yeah, director I networked with is not responding.
Recent grad postings in the last 8 months have all been nepo hires. They have to legally post a job even if they know who they’re hiring.
I noticed this trend among big 5, I networked with one bank a day after their posting went up and the banker told me they already hired someone lol
