Toys R US Restructuring

Hi guys, I'm doing a write-up on restructuring for Toys R' Us. I can't seem to find important details about the deal, such as how much money the secured and unsecured lenders ultimately ended up getting. Furthermore, all news articles on the topic are usually cursory or provide unhelpful knowledge. Any ideas on where I can find what I'm looking for?

Yeah once you find the docket (believe it's on Kroll) the key documents you'll want to find are:

1) The first day declaration - statement made by a senior executive that outlines what caused the bankruptcy (usually one of the first documents filed and titled "Delcaration of x in Support of First Day Motions")

2) The disclosure statement - Advisors formal valuation of the company and its assets in support of the...

3) Plan of Reorganization - The document that lays out specifically what each class of creditor will receive

Also, side note, if this is for a school project or something like that and you have the option to pick another company, I would highly suggest doing so. Toys was an unbelievably complicated capital structure with creditors at multiple entities...PropCo I, PropCo II, TRU Taj, Delaware, Europe, etc. I wasn't on the deal but I know the analysts who were and I still don't quite understand what happened.
