Transfer College decision

I'm going to be transferring schools next year and I just would like to hear some insight on which would be better to get into ibanking. I'm between two schools which are UW-Madison and CUNY Baruch. Madison is known as a great school overall but it doesn't have the perks like Baruch does of being blocks away from wall street. What do you guys think? Any response is appreciated.
