Transferring to Columbia GS worthwhile in this case?

Dear,

I am a rising sophomore at a non-target, gunning for IB at a BB. Fortunately, I have had two internships in search fund and ER (current internship) and see some good chance for an IB internship or a PE internship in the Fall or Spring.

I am aware that good name will buttress my reputation and get me greater chance for many opportunities. My target schools are Columbia GS, Cornell Econ, Ross, NYU econ, and UW-Madison. However, my internships look good for now, and I'm even thinking I will have some chances for a good position after graduation. Despite this, is transferring to a target worth all the money? (petty financial aid for an international students)
