If I’m a current coverage analyst interested in lateraling into DCM, is my only option to lateral into an open DCM spot as it comes up, either externally or internally.
Is there something I could be doing to be more proactive in my approach? Or are there other roles I could do if my end goal is to be in DCM. Thanks
