Transitioning to FT IB Recruiting After a Non-Finance Summer Internship

Hey everyone,

As the title says, I'm on the hunt for a full-time gig in IB, preferably in NYC. I'm at a target school and will be doing something related to finance this summer (think along the lines of product management or corporate finance at a Fortune 500). I kinda dropped the ball earlier and only recently figured out that IB in NYC is the dream. I'm ready to grind and have some solid experience from internships in both the industry and finance.

Could use some advice on what my first moves should be and when's the right time to start hitting up the network. Thanks a ton in advance for any help you can throw my way!
