True generalist analyst program
Anyone know what banks out there have all their analysts as true generalists? I'm pretty sure centerview does. Otherwise, does anyone know what banks, if any, allow their SA to work as generalists. My predicament is that I have no clue what industry interests me, so I would like to pursue banks with one of the two previous qualities. Is this poor reasoning? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Moelis, Evercore, basically all the EBs start their analysts off as generalists
ah thank you
Jefferies NYC has all SA’s do the generalist program. FT you get placed into a group after training.
Same thing at Baird
you know where they're at in the recruiting process?
I know that they are going to be recruiting very late in the process Aug/Sept.
No groups at MoCo so you get exposure to M&A across all industry and you can also work on restructuring deals
For Moelis, Evercore, etc. I'm pretty sure its not a generalist experience at the Houston office at the very least. In NY it very well might be.
PWP - unless your in SF. I believe they have a tech team there.
