That time of year again. Hearing Truist CIB bonuses for Associate and up have been trickling in. Any tangible numbers yet?

$15k stubs associate and $50k for full year associate. That’s the number that I heard from my friend who’s a staffer there. Can someone confirm?
This would be brutal if true. But comp is communicated next week, not sure why people would already know this.
That would make the bonuses less than 50% of last year if true

I haven’t heard any actual numbers yet but hearing it’s “rough” from both a comp and promotions perspective
Have heard the same: lots of denied promotions / asking people to repeat years. Morale seems low.
Did any Truist Associates find out their number today? I was thinking everyone finds out tomorrow?
