Two offers

I now have two unofficial offers on the table. One surprisingly is a investment banking position as an associate in the oil and gas sector. The other one is in real estate investment banking at a very well known real estate advisory firm. I am confused on what I should do. One requires me to relocate. The other one doesn’t pay, is roughly, the same but the investment banking position is an associate position. Where is the real estate investment banking position is as at the analyst level. I don’t know which one I should choose and I’m conflicted. I want to join a company that I feel like it can grow best in and one that I’m not gonna leave after six months. What do you think I should do?
