As the whole lot of rising juniors start applying for SA positions, I'm sure everyone is curious at how the competition is out there.
What is the typical resume submitted for SA positions? Any answers from people with experience on the other end (IB recruiter, OCR, Analysts, etc.) would probably have the best insights into this.
My assumption is that a hefty majority are a 3.6 GPA >, part of the finance club, McDingus intern in freshman year, IB or PWM intern sophomore year, etc. Or I could be totally wrong. Definitely am aware that there are an increasing # of superstars out there.
