It seemed the entire plan of the CSFB spin relied on equity from the saudis, when that got pulled amidst the completely unrelated regional bank run, I think that spin plan was ruined.
Now that CS is going to merge with UBS removing that dual Swiss bank rivalry we have all known since the dawn of man - what is next? Does this make UBS OP? Does UBS still spin CSFB off? Does Michael Klein get left holding its oysters?
