UBS - Analyst bonuses

Hi everybody,

I was wondering if anyone knows what analyst bonuses have been like at UBS this year/predictions for 2011.

I know it has had a lot of problems retaining staff and has also hired some big deal makers but I was hoping to see what it is like at a junior level.

Thanks to everyone for your ongoing help.

IMO, analyst bonus will probably be the same. It's a pocket change compared to what MDs are making. If you are at the associate level or up then you might expect some decrease with potential for more deferred cash bonus

With the way UBS's business has been hit, expect the bonuses to be well below par. If the practice cannot rake in as much business as it used to.. where do you think the money for your bonus is coming from ?
