Uk Student Applying for 2025 US SA

Anyone have any experience with applying for us sa from the uk? How are my odds looking for 2025 if my cv has a 2024 eb internship on it but I go to a uk semi-target? Also would appreciate any insights into firms that sponsor.

Literally 0 advantages to living in london anymore(check the recent post on the uk forum for more insight on this but tldr: higher taxes, lower comp, similar rent, hours still brutal).  Only rational pro is that you have to leave family but to be honest I would have moved out anyways and rarely see them as a junior at an eb so I’m sure they would agree that I may as well make more money while I’m at it(I don’t come from a wealthy background).

You need to spend less time on this forum because you're not going to America, buddy. Your best shot is be a top bucket Analyst at whatever bank in London and then see if there's a shot of *maybe* transferring to the NYC office.

Unless you're a US citizen or have crazy connection no shot anyone sponsors. Best bet is get something in London for two years then try to transfer or if that doesn't work out an MBA in the US and join as an associate.
