Northwestern doesn’t have an undergrad business program. The Kellogg certificate is available but students only take 4 classes over the course of junior year.

In regards to placement for the other 4 schools, UT Austin is going to place very well into Houston, UVA places really well into NY, Notre Dame will place well into Chicago, and IU Kelley (IB Workshop) places averagely into both NY and Chicago, with some outliers placing into top firms.

Northwestern only has about 40 students who recruit for Banking, so there’s a small but strong pipeline into most top firms in both NY and Chi, and also for TPH, EVR and Citi down in Houston.

I’d advise going to the best school possible and not go to a school strictly for IB recruiting. If you are a strong candidate you can easily make it into the industry from any of those schools, but if you change your mind and want to work in a different industry, you may be limited by some of those schools.

IB recruiting: UVA > NW > ND > UT > IU

Overall prestige: NW > UVA > ND > UT > IU
