Undergrad student looking for advice to break into IB
Hi, I am currently a Junior at a non-target top 50 business school in the US. I have a strong GPA 3.6-3.7 and have a wall street internship at a brokerage firm. I am having a difficult time obtaining an internship for next summer and beginning to be worried about my path into IB. I am contemplating the potential benefits of pursuing a master's as a means of having more summer to gain internship experience and relevant leverageable skills.
Aside from a masters path I have given thought to potentially pursuing corporate law and leveraging that as a means for IB. I have a desire to be a dealmaker and will do what needs to be done to get into the industry. If anyone has any experience from taking a similar path I would really appreciate any advice you can offer.
