uni insights

I'm a junior in HS and my parents have pre-determined where I would go for further studies: China. I really want to work in IB in the future. For some background, I have some Chinese ancestry but my mandarin isn't quite good. Earlier this year, I went to China to visit some campuses. Two of which are Xi-an Jiaotong Liverpool University (XJTLU) or University of Nottingham Ningbo (UNNC). Both are taught in English. XJTLU is a joint venture between University of Liverpool and Xi'an Jiaotong University. UNNC is recognized an official campus of UoN UK. Now, I'm quite skeptical about the decision, and have 2 questions.

1. From visiting those two campuses, I personally like the facilities of XJTLU and the city Suzhou better, but graduating from UNNC would give me a grad certificate from UoN which I heard is a semi-target for IB students but I'm not quite fond of Ningbo. I really don't know how to pick between the two so I'd appreciate some insights. If you were in my place, where would you go and why?

2. Does anyone know the Investment Banking scene in China right now?

3. Should I opt for a obtaining a masters in the UK (maybe) so I can work outside China? If so, which country would be suited with my background?

Thanks in advance. I know my questions are annoying.
