US BB Coverage IB to European VC/GE?

Currently work in a coverage group at a BB and am thinking about what to do after my second analyst year (am currently ~8 months in). I want to step away from America for a little bit before ultimately coming back. Besides getting a visa, and learning a language, what are the biggest concerns I should have? What’s the best way to break into European VC/GE and has anyone here who has done it have some insight?

Thank you in advance!
