Incoming analyst to start in a Canadian city. I was wondering if Canadians ever participate in on-cycle recruiting?
Do Canadians ever get OC looks from UMM/MF PE out of Canadian shops, or is it generally just off-cycle? How do they manage to leave the office for interviews given that buy-side recruitment is largely looked down upon by banks in Canada?
Would appreciate any insights you may have on this!
