Using PE interviews as leverage to get headhunters to give you more attention

So I am going through the PE recruiting process, and using around 5-7 search firms to help me out. Some of these headhunters have been giving me more attention than the others (in terms of flashing opportunities in front of me) - has anyone ever informed headhunters of all the interviews they have gotten through other firms just to come off as a more attractive candidate they should be showing more opportunities to?

I am still early in the process, but I'd like to cast as wide a net as possible given I'm off cycle, and want as many headhunters as possible to be flashing opportunities in front of me. Anyone navigated such a dynamic before in the buyside recruiting process?

Thanks!
