UW-Madison, Holy Cross, or Arkansas Undergraduate?

I want to go into IB and have been accepted to these three undergraduate schools and was looking for advice on which would be best? Since none of them are target schools, how much does it matter? I can go to Arkansas for free, Holy Cross relatively affordable, or pretty much pay the full price tag to attend Wisconsin. I will be paying for college completely on my own and want to make the best decision for my future. Holy Cross is where I am leaning because it is relatively affordable and out of the state of Arkansas, which is where I'm from, but know Wisconsin has a good investment banking club. Thoughts or advice?

Since you are paying for college on your own, I think Madison is out of the question even though it places the best out of the three school. I just quickly searched LinkedIn and it seems very very few people would go into IB from Arkansas (and those who do are primarily in the South (eg Charlotte), while Holy Cross places a few analysts into BB and MM NYC each year (primarily Barclays but I see others as well).

So out of the three schools I'd probably choose Holy Cross. But it depends - how much would that school cost you?
