Currently working at Wells Fargo in their ECM/DCM group and have the opportunity to move into a top coverage group at a strong MM IB (Blair/Piper/Baird/Financo). Was wondering whether to make this move now or to try to lateral to GS/EVR IB or something of that caliber once the environment gets better. Goal is MM/UMM PE.
