Got accepted to the WFC Diversity Summit this Friday. It looks as though 30 people were accepted into the program. I have three thirty minute interviews on Friday.
Can anyone provide any insight to the program, the interview structure or process, hiring needs (how many offers can we expect to go out from the 30 candidates), group selection, when offers will go out, etc.?
I have solely networked with one coverage group, which is actually the only team I want to work with. On my preference list, I only put that group ane didn't provide any others in the ranking.
FYI - I am only interviewing with one member from the coverage group I am interested in and luckily we spoke two weeks ago, he is a director I believe.
