What are my chances of full-time recruiting and how to maximize?

Hey,

So I'm a student at a Canadian University graduating in 2026, I have secured an internship in IB for 2025 in toronto, and taking a year off to do a PE+IB internship this upcomming school year. I wanna do US IB and want to know how realistic full-time recruiting would be in my position. (P.S: I am a US citizen, have little to no contacts in NY IB,  and already have a finance internship at a US financial agency in NY)
