What are the most common ways a company can enter bankruptcy?

Some of the most common seem to be

  1. Unable to service interest payments or mandatory debt repayments
  2. Unable to pay its vendors or suppliers
  3. Legal issues / liabilities

Are there are any more that I'm missing? Any insight is appreciated!

Oil field services - it’s the most volatile energy sub sector, and with the current prices no one is drilling, hence no contract and OFS companies are all going bankrupt.
