What can I do?

I thought I wanted to stay in banking long-term (despite the obvious burnout risks) but this just ain't it... I don't think I want to go into PE after either. In general finance industry, any hidden gems out there that are often under looked? Looking for the best balanced career route out there in terms of comp x WLB. Def not into the IB -> PE route anymore... Thanks!
