What differentiates a training program at one bank vs. another?
I've seen talk about various training programs at different banks and have heard that some bank's training programs are better than others.
I understand the difference between formal vs. informal training, but how can a bank's training program be ranked e.g. Vault.com?
Does anyone have any examples of what constitutes good training at a bank and bad training? I am not studying finance in school and will heavily rely on the bank I am going to for training- obviously in addition to whatever I am studying outside of a formal classroom environment.
